At the crossroads between Rock, Techno and Dark Disco, Marseille-based DJ/Producer Bonnie Spacey has been rocking the dance floors for more than 7 years. Inspired by the musical curiosity of her guitarist father, who introduced her to Jimmy Hendrix and all the legends of rock, she perfected her musical culture by practising the guitar and the piano for years.

It is at the turn of a live performance of Miss Kittin & The Hacker at the beginning of the millennium that she discovers electronic music: it was love at first sight. For 10 years, she skims the dance floors of many European clubs and festivals, and it is finally in 2015 that she gets behind the decks for the first time. Since then, she has been performing all over the world with her infamous, catchy, and powerful sound, sharing the stage with legends such as Richie Hawtin, Sven Väth, Kink, Curses, David Vunk, Zombies In Miami, among many others.

A few years later, she finally starts producing music, directly making a first hit with the single "Don’t" in 2019. Since then, she’s been accumulating furious releases on labels such as Slow Motion, Jane Musica, Slow Cycle and more and mostly on her own label Critical Monday: an independent electronic music label releasing cuts between rock and techno, but definitely club-oriented, that she founded in 2019.

Already signed and releasing on recognised labels; Nein Records, Emerald & Doreen, Mélopée, Melómana, Nuff Music and Veneno - Roswell Brothers present their debut with the Mexican Legends; Maleante records, with their latest release; 1984, which includes three sensational remixes from Diskontrol, JGR and Marcus Christiansen.

Today we welcome the brothers to join the crew of the good ship HMS Counterterraism, steering the vessel directly into an Indie Dance hurricane - hold your nerve and remain resolute, the next hour is going to get bumpy.  Enjoy

DJ, writer, producer and vocal maniac, VONGOLD's core influence coexist between cinema & music, specially in genres like Disco, New Wave, Synth Wave and Post Punk.

Merging them altogether in her own vision and sound with the current Indie Dance & Trancy Techno & House music movement. 

VONGOLD is a tireless seeker of good taste and highlights in music, and might that special spark be electronic rhythms that resemble organic sounds or sensual and catchy vocals over cluttered but defined bass lines mixed up with a unique avant garde style. In a world turned upside down, where chaos reigns and uncertainty is the only constant, we, a disparate band of souls, found sanctuary in the most unexpected of places: the Counterterraism Guest Mix Series. The name itself mirrored the core of our purpose.

Counter, the antithesis, and Terra, the Earth, symbolise our ceaseless battle to navigate the tumultuous sea of a world in disarray. 

Week after week, we invite a guest, a luminary of the electronic music realm, to share their melodies and tales. These auditory odysseys become the score for our uncharted lives.

Amidst a world veering from its familiar course, we embrace it. We dance to a new rhythm, a reminder that even in a world turned strange and unrecognisable, our connection to the Earth and one another is a tether to acceptance. Life, it seemed, had taken a different path, and we, in the harmonious discord of Counterterraism, found an unconventional beauty.
