In the mid 70s in Chicago, I went to an underground punk bar.. pitch dark except for the lights at the bar and the stage lights. Anyhow.. there was this group that opened for the punk band . They were electronic… way before anyone else was doing it I believe. They had a “ three piece “ band.. way before anything digital mind you… their setup was boards with tubes flowing and fuses and wires everywhere.. this reminds me of it.. on one song of great length.. one of the band members would say intermittently into a mic. “ specialist in the field!!! Specialist in the field !!” And then the piece would continue.. there didn’t seem to be a beginning or an end really.. I was mesmerized..

I spend a lot of time actually listening to tracks I like and repost so if my listens aren’t showing in your insights it must be due to some kind of an unwelcome glitch.  Friends have made me aware of the such cases and I have asked SC to correct the situation. 

Most importantly, I enjoy interacting with seriously minded musicianns.  Soundcloud is a wonderful platform for meeting great and interesting musicians.  I  play piano, synth, guitar, bass, bodhran and I sing from time to time.  I studied jazz piano and composing  Contemporary Classical Music and I write for many genres. 

Unfortunately I now feel it necessary to state that I do not use AI for composing music and I object to Ai training of music.  Sampling without written permission from me of any of the material posted by this account is strictly prohibited.
