‘Put Your Hands Together’ brings together some of their key collaborators of recent years to make up an exquisitely produced and supremely groovy collection.

Fans of the groove maestros won't be strangers to the red herring (but darned cute) cover image - but seconds into track ’Starsky And June’ reveals a modern funksploitation classic featuring scene veterans The Brand New Heavies. ‘I Don’t Follow The Trend’ featuring Baby Bam (Jungle Brothers) from received numerous plays in the summer from Zoe Ball on her BBC R2 show and Lauren Laverne and Steve Lamaq on their BBC 6 music shows.

Other participants such as Freak Power’s Ashley Slater (via his Kitten And The Hip project) and piano genius Dan Hewson make this a record of such caliber that it plays out like this year’s prime crate digger compilation. It’s completely mind-blowing that this is the creme of an act’s output over a two year period and if mention of their co-conspirators isn’t enough - let that thought be your recommendation and hit play NOW!

The soundtrack for summer has just arrived! Bombstrikes present 'Flamingo', an outstanding release from Alexander Norman in collaboration with the legendary Dynamite MC. The original mix delivers an infectious laid-back groove with a hook that will not let go of your ears. All of which provides the perfect backing for the smooth flow of both Alexander Norman and Dynamite MC. Beatvandals turn in a remix which keeps that infectious hook but adds their impeccable dancefloor credentials. Kenny Beeper takes the tempo down again whilst delivering a huge electronic workout. Finally, there is the instrumental for this just want to groove things out. A huge release.
