Cool vibe, Stacy Christine - loving the smooth house beats!

@noshaluv was born and raised in Chicago. She began playing music for her parents and their friends at the age of 8.  She selected albums that looked artistic and intriguing from her stepfather’s collection. These records hit a wide range of genres and it brings back great memories. Staying with her grandmother Esther, she enjoyed playin’ her 45’s she collected during her lifetime. And her grandmother Ruthie would take Nosha record shopping every weekend at Gramophone records after having breakfast at the Golden Nugget… boy what a treat. Nosha’s roots are deeply seeded in Chicago House Muzik, and that began with a DJ named Rush.  She was introduced to her first real house party at the Bismark Hotel. For Nosha that was a real eye-opener.  Playing all those records from her adolescent years and then being introduced to DJ Rush when she was 13, got Nosha into seriously collecting records. She would hit the record stores whenever she could. Of course, dancing was Nosha’s first passion. She blasted onto the underground house music scene partying at places like Medusa’s, Alcatraz and other loft parties in Chicago.  In the late 90’s she established a magazine “Please Listen to My Demo” which featured and critiqued local Hip-Hop artist. And in the mid-2000’s She began doing a segment with “Chicago House Radio” called “The Deep Diss”. Noshaluv gained popularity with the show, and soon after she launched an independent online show “Nice Night 4 A Jam” in 2007. The show originally broadcasted on Stickam.com and now finds its home on Livestream.com streaming live every second Friday at 5pm CST for LiveTwentyFour7 Net Radio. Noshaluv continues to break barriers and overcome boundaries, playing dance music to rock and inspire your soul.

DJ/Producer/Remixer Victor Rosado is a very good old friend of mine, originally from New York, Victor has been actively DJ'ing since the 80's, having played at the Loft for David Mancuso and in the closing months of the Paradise Garage, asked to play by Larry Levan. Victor is someone I learnt an immense amount from in terms of music, and the importance of presentation. He was one if not the opening DJ at Club Yellow in Japan and one of the first opening DJ's at Ministry Of Sound in 1991 and played there during the first few very important years. Also he played at Moist (DJ Harvey and Heidi's) night at The Gardening Club in Covent Garden London. In the early 2000's we brought Victor over to london again to do various parties including Voices and other nights. Victor was also alongside Lenny Fontana part of the 'Tribute To Paradise' European tour, which myself and Johnny Hiller organised. Which took in clubs such as Fabric and more. This is a live mix converted from a DAT tape.. Victor was kind enough to lend to me many moons ago, while staying with him in The Bronx NYC. Enjoy this fine mix from the glory days of MOS.
