COUSIN are a Brighton based instrumental math/slacker rock 3 piece. They formed in late 2011 after discovering a mutual love and respect for the work of bands such as Pavement, Polvo, Enablers and US Maple.  Having played alongside bands such as Shield Your Eyes, This Town Needs Guns, Pneu, Cowtown, Delta Sleep and Axes, Cousin have carved a reputation for themselves as one of the best bands in Brighton's thriving DIY community. Their new EP, 'Alternate Tunings for Regular People' is a 6 tracker released on 12" vinyl in hand-finished fabric sleeves and digital download, through Fcking The Night, an independent Brighton based DIY label and promoter, and showcases the best parts of their sound from tight, fast paced catchy hooks, to blissed out, ultra grooves. They are set to tour Europe and UK late September.
