COUSIN JAC is the project of songwriter/producer Jez Wing. The debut single from the Echo & The Bunnymen keyboard player is produced by Simon Knighton (Stealing Sheep/Harlequin Dynamite) at Mello Studios, Liverpool. The track features the Victorian pipe organ built in 1855 in Liverpool’s St George’s Hall as well as some of Liverpool’s finest musicians.

The song comes from the album ‘Believe Me To Remain’ also produced by Simon Knighton to be released in June 2014. Cousin Jac have just finished a UK Tour with Paper Aeroplanes to promote the single which is out 18th APRIL!

Believe Me To Remain is an auto-fictional emigrants journey from 19th century Cornwall to 20th Century America, with tales of new lives and loves in new worlds on the shores of the Atlantic. Musically the LP is described as 'wholegrain church organ pop meets with a progressive folk-fusion’.
