Our next release, 'Carnyx', delivers no-holds-barred remixes from Jennifer Walton, Pluralist, and the return of Bolam to the fold. Carnyx marks our second VA - a major milestone for the label. Jennifer Walton delivers her signature style of glitch and space with a remix of KAVARI’s ‘Skee’. Pluralist created a dancefloor-commanding flip of Mercy System’s (fka Monir) ‘Troika Shuffle’. Bolam’s story-telling is in full force, with an epic retelling of Mercy System’s ‘Every Time I See You’ with his own style folded throughout.

CLUB CHAI Vol. 2 is a collection of tracks by artists whose work truly embodies the Club Chai ethos that exists in storytelling through sound. As we close out the label, this release remains a lustrous perspective on the future.

Alongside the compilation, the Club Chai Archive book is out today on our Bandcamp. You can preorder the book alongside the digital release of the compilation for a bundled price of $35 ($15 for the compilation and $25 for the book).

The archive book is a culmination of all the moving parts that make up Club Chai at once – a way to honor the project's complexity and intimacy. A way to honor the project's complexity and intimacy. How do we remember and archive something that is really made up of a fleeting feeling? Being on the dancefloor with friends, singing in unison or zoning out in complete bliss. It feels right to create something physical that can be held, touched and encountered slowly and 
carefully. Making this book entirely with friends makes it feel even more intimate and special.
