“Contorno Rojo” is the new EP-isode from producer, mixer, sound designer and WVWV label boss Octoptic. It explores everything from terrestrial landscapes of different latitudes to extraterrestrial sound worlds consisting of encounters in other time and space. 
Showcasing an amalgam of styles, some tunes are for contemporary-dancehall use only while others feel aesthetically experimental but they all share a common denominator: they are all relentlessly rhythmic fully fledged dance creations.
Norman Maldonado follows the style which he is known for and it’s much appreciated in his own label. The watermark of the producer is fully marked on each track which is an anecdote by itself. The artist does not stick to monotonous tracks, every section is ever-changing so no track structure is absolute.
Prepare yourself for a pinch of Octoptic’s cultural heritage that conforms the future sound of this newer Mexican scene consisting of conceptual albums for open-minded clubs and audiences.

In their performances they draw from a variety of dance music styles, breaking boundaries and honing a personal sound and aesthetic which has emotional violence at its core. aDeAD's new club music sound is expressed through future tribal rhythms, high speed impact, and unpredictability. They have released on Genome 6.66Mbp, Jyugam, Daftpop, and Gully Riddim, appeared on Shanghai Community Radio, Cloak, Radio80K in Munich, and Rainy City Radio in the UK, and have made mixtapes for Baihui, GNG, Jerome Mixfile, HKCR, and more.
