I love this song, and wanted to cover it for my dear friend Yuxi. He's been a really big help to me, and he's been a really great friend, so I thought I would make a cover for him to show him how much I appreciate his friendship! What better day to do it than valentine's day!?

AHH, so okay, I absolutely adore this girl so much. 

We've developed such a close friendship over the past two years, and I couldn't be more thankful that she wanted to duet with me. She has SUCH INSANE talent, and this duet has literally been TWO years in the works. With many changes, and many vocal recording, we are able to finally present you with our take on Duffy's - Mercy. 

The reason why Naomi is singing in Korean,  is because Girls Generation also did a cover of this song, but in their mother tongue, so we wanted to add the two types of languages into one song. We love both versions so much, that we only felt that it was right to include both when singing this song. 

We hope you guys enjoy the collaboration, and thank you so much to Naomi who did the musical arrangement, and the vocal editing. This project would be nothing without you, and i'm forever grateful that you wanted to work on this song with me.

For someone whom I've never met, I treasure her friendship so much. She's been my friend since 2011, and has supported me so much  through my musical journey. So, another classic that i'm afraid to cover, but I did anyways. 
This channel for me has become more of a creative outlet to let me express my feelings when I need too, or for me to document my personal growth. So I just wanna upload songs that really mean a lot to me or songs that I really like. 

I'm practicing my control with scales and warmup's, and i'm also working on using my chest voice, and learning how to belt more without sounding sharp. Everything is a learning process. Judge me and say mean things if you want, but in the end, you'll never know how to do something if you don't try :)
