Cuenta esta historia que ahogado en su rencor
Un joven decidió manchar su alma y honor
Planeando asesinar a quienes lo engendraron...
Ellos se negaron en aceptar a su amor
El no los perdono y un cómplice encontró
Que su odio compartió marcando sus destinos...

Tan ofuscado en su decisión él se consuela en que es por amor
Pensando que sería fácil ocultar toda esa tragedia que planeaba ejecutar
Los quería matar!
Es que Gastón no entendía por que la espalda le dieron al pretender
Entregar su alma a un gran amor y lo que consiguieron fue despertar en él
A un ser cruel!

Se nublaron todos sus pensamientos
En su alma solo ardía el rencor
El plan que hizo sonaba perfecto
Solo faltaba convencer  a León
Y su amada horrorizada le decía
Que esta tragedia solo traería dolor
El y su cómplice ya nada obedecían
Solo esperaban asesinarlos.

Al fin ese día tan ansiado les había llegado
Y en medio de esa oscura noche el plan ejecutaron
León con su afilada hacha los ha inmolado
Y tu Gastón con fuego los has desfigurado
Pretendiendo así  ocultar lo oscuro de tus actos
Fingiendo y  diciendo que fue un accidente nefasto...

Pero NO...! El jamás pensó
Que la advertencia de su amor
Al final los condeno!

La sociedad les cayo, aborrecidos por lo oscuro de sus almas
La justicia decidió que no merecían seguir viviendo los dos
Tanto Gastón y  León sin arrepentirse y sin resignación
Vieron como llego el reducido pelotón
La plaza murmuro...
Apunten, FUEGO!!
Y todo termino.

Hasta el final los desafío, a pesar de las descargas que recibió
Los cuerpos ya sin vida tendidos al sol, la sangre derramada al pueblo alivio
Y Ana exclamo!

When Iron Maiden album "Somewhere in time" issued in 1986, all songs were so great it was difficult to choose the best ! Finally, "Caught somewhere in time" were chosen by Coverslave for the track-list of their tribute CD : "Killer cuts from the beast". A fantastic song wich will never age !

Since 1999, COVERSLAVE propose to the fans the Best of IRON MAIDEN, the legendary ENGLISH HEAVY-METAL band born around 1975 in the discography and the impressive longevity !
At the beginning of 2000's, the name of COVERSLAVE begins to be named and the band gives regularly concerts sold-out in Normandy and in Paris among others. 
Supported by very active fans in particular the French forum of IRON MAIDEN, COVERSLAVE played gigs across the Channel, particularly to the famous " RUSKIN ARMS " based in LONDON and famous clubs in the Midlands "THE POTTERS", "THE INTAKE", where they will be a real massive feedback by fans, what will oblige English promoters three times in two years !      Occurs in gig places of size more and more important and better adapted to their show enriches of visual effects, scenic decorations stemming from the famous 84/85' IRON MAIDEN " WORLD SLAVERY TOUR ", from the pyrotechnic effects, without forgetting charismatic mascot "EDDIE" appearing to each of them concerts.
Meanwhile the band recorded an E.P " KILLER CUTS FROM tHE BEAST " including six legendaries IRON MAIDEN classics and gets ready to out its first DVD " LIVE TRIBUTE FROM DEATH TO THE BEAST " a full show filmed by a twelve cameras during a big Event Tribute in Normandy.
Besides his many tribute gig crossing FRANCE and abroad (Tribute to the Metal Legends - Tribute to the Titans - special event as Iron Maiden Convention and much more), the band has realized one of its dreams by a tour with PAUL DI ' ANNO (ex-Iron Maiden singer) in FRANCE and BELGIUM with a complete show with IRON MAIDEN classics from 1980 to present which were all dates sold-out. COVERSLAVE becomes the band who support officially PAUL DI 'ANNO during his tribute shows in France.
COVERSLAVE, called in a nice way by the fans "THE FRENCH COVERS-KILLERS" is really a team of passionate guys. The musicians of which kept the passion for IRON MAIDEN intact as in the first day. If you wish to discover IRON MAIDEN or to live again exalting moments, the show of COVERSLAVE is made for you, do not miss them during the next concert !
