It’s Wednesday and we’re inexplicably still busy recovering from what was another intense weekend for us at DT covering dancefloors across the UK and beyond.  So to help alleviate those midweek blues how about a world exclusive premiere of a fresh track to get you looking forward to next weekend early?

Well, here we have revered Roman producer Andrea Frisina making an assertive return on his own Gate Null imprint, following hot on the heels of the release of his well received Wild Prairie EP. Titled Landing On Enceladus we're pleased to see the Italian add another stellar chapter to what is fast becoming one of the most discerning of catalogues; so pleased in fact, that we just had to secure the groovy techno stomper as an exclusive premiere ahead of its September 14th release.

Rising DJ/producer Boxia makes his Drumcode debut, fresh from a well-received warm up set for the crew at the hugely successful Junction 2 festival in London, while the likes of Enrico Sangiuliano, Juan Sanchez, Ian O’Donovan and Timmo also drop fire, establishing their credentials as some of the most promising talent breaking through the ranks in 2016. 

Reinforcing the global scope of the label, artists such as The Junkies from Toronto and Layton Giordani from New York, prove techno is winning a place in the heart of the new generation of artists coming out of North America.

Mark Reeve - Run Forward

2017’s first Drumcode release comes in the form of chart topping regular Julian Jeweil, who’ll be putting out his first solo effort on the label. Jeweil’s ‘Rolling EP’ showcases his skill as a producer and kicks off with the emphatic title track ‘Rolling’. The perfect soundtrack for the early hours in the club, this sweaty affair proves just why he’s at the top of the game right now. ‘Venice’ and ‘Blue’ illustrate his signature sound to a tee, with the EP’s final track ‘Traffic’ an acid-tinged behemoth, guaranteed to light up any set.

Forward  - is a dark journey with some awesome call and response littered throughout the track. A huge thunderous kick drum drives the track along accompanied by its mystical and hypnotic resonant sections. 

Strange - this is great percussive stomper, the track sounds like a machine breathing and playing out its mechanised war song. A low deadly kick drum crunches along with bits of static sounding percussion.

Florin Vi was born on the 01.05.1998 in Constanta (Roamania). He came to Austria in 2004.  Since than he lived in Fürstenfeld (Steyr) went to school and work. Florin began to go out in the clubs after his 16 Birthday. He was very inspired about Techno. In 2016 he decided to buy a DJ Equipment. After 2 Months of hard work he had the chance to proof himself and play his first Gig in Prambachkirchen Club Fly (upper Austria). After that he became more and more to be a big part of the Electronic Music around Austria. In 2017 he signed a Contract for Beatport, Spotify, Apple Store and Play Store on the Label Black Bore Records. He got monthly to monthly more Gigs. He won 2017 2 DJ Contests with more than 600 votes. He played at many Locations like Postgarage Graz, Bunker Graz, Bollwerk Graz, Goodmann Vienna and many more...He supported many Acts like Marika Rossa, The Yellow Heads. Alex Bau, Orbit Team, Anthony Rother and more. He became Owner and Founder of his Agency Vijulie Records. With a few Member around Italy, Germany, Bulgaria and Austria will start July 2018 the Beatport release. Florin got till the Year 2018 after 2 Years of Music 3 Album releases and became better and better... many more will follow on other Labels. Thus beaceme he a part of the national Local DJ's around Steyr. His reputation rose. In 2018 has Florin his first Gig in Germany and many more follow in Italy, Bulgaria, Netherland and other country's... His specialities are Techno, deep and groovy Techno and Dark Techno.
