Techno 2019-01

David Schirmeister was born in 1990 in Berlin. When he was about six years old he started imitating instruments and noises with his mouth, that helped him to have groove and rhythm in his blood.
In 2012, for the first time, he took part in the Beatbox Championship in Berlin, an amazing experience that helped David to realize immediately that music would play an important role in his life.
In 2013 his passion grew and he started to invest his time learning DJing, but not only. He started to create and play his own music productions, becoming a techno producer.
Today David is totally focused on electronic music production in his own recording studio in Berlin. 
In the years, David played in different clubs in Berlin, including Weisser Hase, Polygon Club, Magdalena Club, Void Club, MBIA Club, Birgit & Bier and also around the Europe, like Switzerland, Czech Republic and Portugal. 
In 2020 he founded his Techno label "8lackbox" with the idea to give space to new artists, helping them to express their own style and ideas out-of-the-box.
He recently won the "Track Contest" of SINEE Institut and Analogue Audio with his track "Censored", that will be released soon on the german label.

999999999 -officially started in July 2016 and already affected the most important clubs and festivals all around Europe. They aroused much interest even outside the continent becoming one of the most requested live acts of the techno scene. First three releases on their label "Nine Times Nine" and their appearance on Planet Rhythm special "303" vinyl release were immediately sold out after few hours. Live is what they are whether in or out of the studio, they are spontaneous. Improvisation with hardware is the key element of their performance and is impossible to replicate.

Throughout his productions and sets, he gives birth to a dark and wild atmosphere that unleashes ravers. Seeking to stir up emotions above all, his hypnotical and energetic universe doesn’t let many other choices than allowing yourself to get carried away by the strength of his kick.
