CPS social worker christina hernandez  steals 2 family members by fraud after 4 months of care from from relative certified family caregiver.  This was second removal of children within a 2 week period for the exact same thing (conversations she claims we had).  On two occasions, within a 2 week period Christina Hernandez claims to have discussions with me that never occured.  She has committed fraud in order to hold children in cps/fostercare captivity.  This is a horrendous act of child abuse and those that aide and abeit in the unlawful removal and detention are just as guilty as her.  I have yet to find one human soul in the chain of command.

1 CPS Christina Hernandez Kidnaps July 11 2012

Christina Hernandez continues to fabricate claim that communication between me and her was reason for july 11th removal.

I have not heard from christina since this call.  She has refused to communicate with me in violation of her duties and responsibilities as a cps social worker.  

To this day of jan 22 2012 nobody has given me a honest reason for removal.   All claims fabricated after july 11 theft in retaliation and to protect a dishonest social worker.  

I never violated the TDM.  on july 12 marcia butcher visited our home investigation allegations of a unfit home by christina.  Marcia told christina by phone that day that she did not see the same concerns she did.  Also marcia stating after speaking to christina that my voluntary drug test on July 3 was negative.  later on sept 15 greivance they claim it was a reason for removal.  

I never engaged in a hostile or toxic enviorment with Ameilia MGM of children.  This was all fabricated to conceal the lies of christina hernandez and their is no evidence of this.  

Wendy Sainato supervisor refused to talk to caregiver citing gag order from rosemary jiron reg mgr.

I was told in august that immediate danger was the reason but that I would still be given a greveince hearing 60 days later instead of the 10 as mandated in css manual.  During these 2 months we where harrassed by false allegations from cps social workers.

On sept 15  I was told that the decision to take was made prior to funeral home abduction and that it had nothing to do with funeral home.  

On july 11 I made one statement to mgm amelia  "if she could tell me what happened to mother" whom I found out died in Ameilias care on June 30 and I found out on July 3rd.


4 Cps Christina Hernandez July 17 reconfirms removal reason on July 11

claims i made statements that i never did and that was the reason for removal.  june 22 the first time she got away with it the second time July 11 2012 I caught her.  ch has been in hiding and will not speak to me since. Gag order place on supervisor Wendy Sainato (since retired) by Rosemary Jiron.

Note: This was the second fraud and theft of kids commited by christina in a two week period for the exact same thing. 

 a fabricated reason was later claimed that immediate danger was the reason and decision july 11th and was made prior to christina going to colton funeral home (greivance hearing sept 15th 2012 no statement that immediate danger was reason ever stated to me prior to greivance hearing), the audio of fraud direct evidence was confiscated by liz gravenburg and robert lough.  they claim recordings not legal and would not let them to be heard in greivance hearing.  

I appealed based on penal code 633.5 and the fact that on july11 christina had no reasonable expectation to privacy having a conversation infront of 5 people in public, and they still refused to allow it.  yet they did allow a unsigned typed statement on a unoffical piece of paper pat and christina claim was from a visit supervisor shannon where she claimed i went to their MaternalGM table at the park visit, which is another total lie.   I have photos of where i sat down and its atleast 175 ft from ameilia, never any eyecontact or jestures, communication, nothing. note the reason i left the cps office during visit at park was because i was told to leave property or cops would be called by acting reg mgr pat ooboyle who claimed i was causing a ruckus.  totally false.  I have video to prove my demeanor.  Kids where returned to me and i left for lunch and then to the funeral home ariving about 12:30 Christina h was responding to a false call from  amelia maternal gm july 11 2012 at funeral home colton ca.   this is a link to a conversation with christina hernandez legally obtained.  penal code 633.5 allows for recording in cases reasonably believed when aggravated kidnapping by fraud had occured.

2 CPS Christina Hernandez kidnaps by fraud July 12 2012 815am

laurel brown is a fraud she was supposed to follow the manual and give hearing in 10 days instead she broke policy and extended it for 2 months.  This time was used to futher abuse victims of kidnapping in effort to coverup and conspire.  Note she states I need to be heard, yet my direct evidence of fraud was tampered and confiscated and not allowed to be heard.  This was the conspiracy plan to steal evidence that show a kidnapping by fraud.   Audio never allowed at hearing, held for 4 mos, said that i broke the law.  Tapes and Cds returned after 4 mos of evidence tampering.  Note Pictures that prove I never went to  park visit table to disrupt where not allowed in hearing.  They stole all my evidence of fraud.  All appeals for new hearing based on evidence tampering where denied. 

5 Laurel Brown Assistant Deputy Director Violates Policy/conspires to confiscate evidence.

Pat Oboyle refuses to consider the facts and previous conversations regarding what is expected.  No mention of Immediate Danger as stated reason for removal.  No mention of telling me to get off cps property or she will call police without any conversation to my request to speak to a supervisor regarding amelias demeanor at cps office.  Note:  Cps visit was supervised for and hour by 3 onsite people.  No communication ever at park, eye contact, filming, never went to amelias visit table to disrupt, our table was 200 ft apart.  Later in greivence documents submitted unsigned unofficial document a visit supervisor is said to have stated that I went to table of amelia to disrupt. This is a false.  I was there with a burritto and drink with coworker to eat lunch.  Cps visit supervisor shannon anderson said to victim mr mcgowan we where fine to stay in park.  She obviously did not see any sign of immediate danger and visit completed children where returned.  Christina hernandez kidnapper claims that decison to remove was prior to her arriving at colton funeral after false alarm call from amelia.  This was fabricated by christina CWS after i told her that i have evidence that disprove reason she stated for removal. Point .... another reason was claimed that children where in immediate danger prior to christinas arrival at funeral home to protect christina from kidnapping charges.   Immediate danger was later used to keep the kids from certified related cargiver from having kids back and used to deny the return of the children pending greivence hearing that was denied yet still granted in 60 days instead of the policy of 10 to a hearing if granted.  At greivence there was no evidence presented the funeral home as reason for removal.  This conflicts with christinas cws statements to me as to her reason for removal that i broke a policy spoken at tdm.  Notice pat never states immediate danger as reason for removal, just concern.  Note no where in the tdm documentation does it state that there is any concern of a toxic relationship between me and amelia that might harm the kids or expose them to immediate danger. 

3 Pat O'Boyle CPS Reg. MGR. COVERUP/LIAR/KIDNAPPER

Social Worker Riverside County Moreno Valley Christina Hernandez committing fraud 2 times in less than to kidnap 2 kids from loving family member.  Dec 12 2014 a Class Action Lawsuit was filed against Riverside County for the same Moreno Valley Office kidnapping kids without legal cause and supervisors looking the other way.

CPS Riverside County
