This month's mix from our very good friend Tony Remple from Musique Plastique is setting the course for warmer climes. Tony made this excellent mix to celebrate our forthcoming collaborative release, a compilation of Belgian multi-disciplinary artist Jaques Charlier’s Musique Regressive. The mix moves between hypnotic new wave, electronic Rai, subaltern soul, and contemporary otherworldly electronics, all sounds that converse with Jacques singular musical vocabulary. A big shout out to Luke Buser, who brought Charlier’s work to our attention, co-curated this release, and spent hours digitizing Charlier’s archive of 4-track cassettes.

Tatyana says: "I love unpredictability in music. It turned out that life unpredictability can be extreme and bring endless anxiety and suffering. Wish I could say the world collapsed, but it's still collapsing, and you never know what will happen tomorrow. I dream of the unexpected life moves, which some day will bring the same joy as the sudden musical turns from the tracks included in this mix."
