After two intense years of writing and recording, the indie-rock band Castling Queen’s Side releases their debut album, CINEMA. Its eleven songs demonstrate the full spectrum of life’s emo-tions, ranging from shy to bold, prover-bial to strange, euphoric to melancholic. Feelings of solitude and isolation, of love climaxing into obsession, are mixed with restlessness and frenzy, all succeeded by a confident uprise. On their debut, the band of musicians easily demonstrates intimate knowledge of dramas and comedies along side adventures and tragedies.
