The Adam Ten & Solomun-inspired rise in left-field dance music has filled the “Indie Dance” DJ charts with an influx of new producers. KEYTARBI is one of these rising stars that has caught our ears, her “Quito” cut delivering the kind of uptempo chug we want in a left-field set. The wonderfully oddball “Pancakes” is her debut for us. We love Chilean-based producer Bruno Bona’s attitude. Since the beginning of 2023, he has been delivering regular demos to our inbox. With feedback, they have improved. Despite not landing a release since then, he’s stuck with us. As time progressed, we’ve seen him pick up releases on tastemaker imprints like LTF and Moodchild. At the beginning of this year, he released a version of the Justin Timberlake hit “Sexy Back” that has delighted DJs and smashed the streaming platforms.
