It started as a collection of the recent tunes I've been loving but quickly weaved itself into a love letter, a back and forth between the feminine and masculine. THE TUMBLEDOWN BLUES (LIVE @ NORTHERN NIGHTS FESTIVAL) : 
It's 2:30am and in a fast-paced, ever changing world  I’m dropping a downtempo mix that blazes a slow, achy trail across the American West. Festooned with ghost towns, rusticating prairie graves and lonesome crows, this collection of tunes lends you doleful voices, blues guitars, twangy banjos and the stuttering ragtime of vintage pianos. Its sideshow twin is the conjoined grumble and grime of downtempo bass. The cadence does have moments of upswing; ribald bar rooms and scurrying outlaws make a momentary presence. But the coffee-meets-whisky approach makes this sonic libation yet another perfect slow-sipper as the soundtrack for your wayward soul.
