Cracked Ceilings is the new musical project featuring Nate Jones, formerly of St. Louis's own Kentucky Knife Fight, along with Andrew Eason on Drums. 

Current vocals are done by Kaylee Goins, but we will have to part ways (amicably though!). So....we are looking for a singer.

The subject matter in the songs of Cracked Ceilings runs the gamut: In one song, a man dying in a band van wreck makes ironic observations as the vessel carrying him rolls it's last few feet to burst into flames.
In another, an author from the lower class reminisces about walks with a former lover into neighborhoods that he couldn't possibly hope to afford.
In yet another, a man travels through a countryside riddled with ephemera of communication devices that mirror the broken strands of conversation between he and a loved one.
Throughout, there is a duality showcasing an awareness of the futility of an ideal musical lifestyle, all the while believing in the pursuit of art as a noble thing that can bring contentment and in some cases, triumph to the lives of many.
