A member of Chicago’s Naughty Bad Fun Collective and former resident of Smart Bar’s Planet Chicago night with Sassmouth and Jarvi, Bosman has contributed in many ways to Chicago’s underground scene since relocating from Michigan. If he’s not behind the decks or on the dance floor, he’s probably behind the scenes planning events, providing sound and putting in the work necessary for your favorite parties to exist.
This mix was originally showcased as part of the 3 year anniversary live stream for Research & Development. Pat Bosman was there on night one DJing an amazing eclectic blend that he tried to recreate with this mix. 
In regards to this particular mix, Bosman said, 
"Preparing for this set I was reminiscing back to playing during the inaugural R&D party. I actually include some tracks that I played during that night. It was so much fun to kick off the party series and play with a bit of a different vibe than usual. Everyone who performed that night played such great stuff, and the sense that this would continue on was already present. During the stream, someone commented 'I feel like I'm at Danny's on a Tuesday,' and that's just about a perfect description of what I was going for."
