While the first half delicately portrays a stream of unconscious thought, “Glitchy” and “Addiction” introduce clearer forms—addressing themes of impulse, repetition, imperfection, and immersion. Each track stands as an independent contemplation, yet together they form a cyclical narrative, inviting the listener to question the boundaries between reality and abstraction.

Artist Bio – ANIMUS

ANIMUS is a techno DJ, Doctor of Science, and adjunct professor at a university.
Moving fluidly between club culture and academia, sound and thought, she expands music into a medium of both sensory expression and philosophical inquiry. Through the structural language of techno, her work explores the aesthetics of experimentation, emotion, and repetition—delicately tracing themes of existence, immersion, and inner movement.

Her music is more than an act of listening—it becomes a ritual, a sensory space. Through sound, animus explores the textures of human emotion, the limits of perception, and the possibilities of reflection. She constructs a unique sonic language that thinks in rhythm and questions through structure. As both an artist and an educator, she continues to engage with the core of artistic practice—creating, teaching, and thinking in tandem.
