been on the mend for a bit, but it took a LOT longer than i expected to feel whole enough get back to making music. it only finally clicked in the last couple weeks of august, so I’ve spent the past 15 days feverishly sketching out ~2 years worth of pent up tracks - here are some of them.

outrageously sleep deprived and still pretty creaky, but this past 2 weeks I’ve felt more myself than I have in a long time :))

Party heat from p-rallel, the west London producer and DJ we are delighted to be welcoming to the Crack Mix series. For just under an hour, p-rallel expertly manoeuvres between body-moving UKG and house with his flip on Scott Garcia’s 1997 banger 'It’s a London Thing' – entitled It's a 'Lundun Thing' – folded into the colourful concoction alongside the OG cut. 

Like his 'Movement' mixtape, which featured link-ups with the likes of Kam-Bu, BXKS and Deto Black, the set is club-primed listening experience.“I just felt like a bit of old school garage into some nice house music would do the trick,” he says of his mix. “[It’s a] nice way to bring you into 2024!” We won’t contest that.

A highlight set from this year for me and my USA Debut, the amazing Ayesha invited me to play Nowadays in Brooklyn NYC earlier this year in March. it was an honour to play and a huge mile stone especially in such good company alongside my good friends coco and Ayesha. 

this set really represents the different sides of how my sound has developed over the years. it was amazing opening the club and building the energy, starting with loads of dubbed out uk techno percussiveness and the final hour filled with loads of 2 step, electro, and breaks trying to showcase alot of classic uk sounds to The NY crowd, shouts to everyone who came from the beginning also to Eva, Joey, Sam and Andre and the rest of the crew I met out there, and of course to Nowadays and Ayesha for having me across the pond.
