Ewald and Fergus made a hypnotic fever dream C90 mixtape on the end tail of the summer. Part of the ongoing Midnight Vultures MV series. Perfect for leisure, sports or even as a soundtrack while answering annoying texts messages, emails and buying stuff online. They came by to celebrate the cassette release with a special radio show and a party at La Perle tonight.

Scottish DJ and producer Nick Moore is Linkwood, someone who applies a master craftsmen and hugely artistic approach to everything he does. Because of this, he has a reputation for fantastically deep house that is magically ornamental, resplendent with atmospheric ambiance and littered with moving melody. He releases on local label Firecracker and its sub label Shevnchenko, and most recently offered up the tripled vinyl delights of his second album, Expressions. 

Now he is taking up the mantel on our podcast series and serves up just over an hour of sumptuous sound. Despite being a relatively short set, the Scot manages to cram a lot in, from dub techno to intergalactic deep house via spaced out jams and intricately melodic tech. Importantly, every record he reaches for bares all the hallmarks of that emotive Linkwood sound we all know and love, so stick it on and allow yourself to get lost at the hands of a real master.
