I was comissioned by my good friends at DUDance NI to create music to accompany a large scale dance Piece involving Breakers and Contemporary Dancers, Skateboarders, BMX, Parkour and Fire Pois.
The piece's theme was the Norse concept of "Ragnarok", and focussed on the idea of catastrophe leading to rebirth, using the backdrop of wartime Belfast to explore the theme in a modern context. The score follows this theme, infusing break beats with cinematic composition to build vivid pictures of dispair and destruction until finally a determined spark breaks through at the end to signify the resiliance of life.

The piece the music was made for is about a car enthusiast, and I drew on 80's synth, boyracer techno and computer game music to create a collection of emotive motor themed tracks!

many years ago, an Akai S950 gave birth to me, raised me, and taught me how to infuse multiple musical mediums with the constant stream of melodic phrases passing through my head.
Since then I have used a wide array of software and instruments to create music for artists, including full length score for performances, some of which can be found on this page.
I produce a wide range of material, from beats for artists to full scores for theatre and film productions.
