I have to say this is one of my bass lines that I'm the proudest of.

Written by the great Max Hoecker & performed by Villanova Junction.  The band featured Max on Lead guitar & vocals, Danny Barrale on drums, Harris Kindrick on keyboards and myself (Craig "Groovedigger" Reid) on the Dan Armstrong electric bass guitar.

In 1978, GAME regrouped in Los Angeles with two new members and for a short time was hands-down the best bar/club band around.  This is an Elton John tune that we took to the limit like everything else we played.  Note the drummer Gilbert Gallegos, especially at the end.  Recorded with 3 mics; two overheads and a kick into a Teac 3340.
