Some of the lyrics in this songs have been used in other songs. specifically the "Overstated Verse" was first used in the "Double shot of Cuervo" and the "i had to dig a hole" verse has been used in a Furico music team collaboration that is still l in production. I liked how they fit in this song!

Tiny Tyrants
A chip a chirp and then the Strike.

Which brings up the fact that I outlived ten dogs and cats
and grieved so hard their Tragic Passing.

I've been playing around with mixing some of my older stuff to see what happens. This is a couple of early tracks superimposed and slightly altered and, yes, that is my voice that you can hear in the distance - as far away as possible! It's a .... noisy... track!

Tea plantations on the planet Athoek, the location of some intrigue in Ann Leckie's book, Ancillary Sword.
I took inspiration from the early work of Evangelos Odysseas Papathanassiou (Vangelis)RIP. I loved how he combined traditional Greek instruments with electronics on "Earth".  "Heaven and Hell"  remains a personal favourite.

In January this year, we lost the great musician and drummer of YMO, Yukihiro Takahashi. As if following him, last month, Ryuichi Sakamoto also passed away. Having lost two respected musicians, I find myself without emotional support and have been creating music daily, tracing their music and lives. Unconsciously, the songs I create are heavily influenced by their music. This song is one of them. When I listen to the finished piece, I feel it somewhat resembles YMO's "Expecting Rivers." These days, I find "HOPE" in the Milky Way, the heavenly river that spans the sky.
