바쁜 일상을 끝내고 휴식을 취할 겸 영화를 찾다가, 저는 ‘서브스턴스’라는 영화를 보고 충격을 먹었어요.
영화 속 주인공이 또 다른 나와 갈등하는 장면이 나오는데, 참 인상적이더라구요.

영화를 다 보고 나니 딱 이런 생각이 들었네요,

‘자기 자신을 사랑하자.’

그리고 그 충격과 영감을 고스란히 가져와 곡에 담아보았습니다.

다들 오늘 하루도 자기 자신을 사랑하며, 즐겁게 들어주셨으면 좋겠습니다!

After finishing a busy day and looking for a movie to relax, I watched a film called Substance and was truly shocked.

There’s a scene where the main character clashes with another version of themselves, and it left a strong impression on me.

After watching the whole movie, this thought came to mind -

“Love yourself.”

I channeled that shock and inspiration directly into a track.

I hope everyone can love themselves today,
