This song has the lyrics “Let the bodies hit the floor” which represents the instant that someone is killed in battle. This is especially good for this story because the brother that was shot falls off of the roof onto the ground.

This song talks about war and about how necessary it is or isn’t.  It talks about the suffering and hurt people go through that are in the war.
3.	Thirty Seconds to Mars – This is War
This song indicates the people who are involved in the war, whether they like it or not, from mothers to brothers to anyone closely related or befriended.
4.	Asia – Heat of the Moment
This song helps describe the complete dis-concern on who you’re shooting at in the war, just that is someone is shooting at you, fire at will.
5.	MC Hammer – Can’t touch this
This song represents the stealth and invincibility someone can have as they are in the war. Being shot, the man is able to respond quickly and effectively. (Kind of goes with song above)
6.	Saliva – Click Click Boom
This song helps describe the action and the feeling someone has as they are active in the war; obviously being the sound/effect a gun has while it is shooting or an explosion.
7.	The White Stripes – Seven Nation Army
The song describes the reason someone has with being in the war, and obviously because there is the word army in the title.
8.	Trapt – Headstrong
This song helps describe the stubbornness someone has while they are in the war; with the sight of death at every turn.
9.	Papa Roach – Last Resort
This song title describes a possibility that soldiers have on their hands. Every trip out to war could be the last resort, meaning that anything can happen, even your own brother shooting you.
10.	3 doors down – Kryptonite
This song helps describe weaknesses people have. Superman’s only weakness was kryptonite, and a soldier’s weakness is bullets, and explosions. The similarities obviously being that heroes have few weaknesses, but they are easy to come across.

A certified tech house bomb, Footsteps is full fire from of the off. New York based vocalist, Amy Douglas, brings extra heat, adding a distinct intensity in the build up. With a current track out on Soul Clap Records and an upcoming EP with Juan MacLean as part of their Peach Melba project, Amy is one to keep an eye on. One the flip Piquant offers another peak time killer for the dance floor.

Latmun shot into the limelight in 2016 with 3 great of EP’s.His Def EP on VIVa received support from heavyweights like Skream, Claptone, Claude Vonstroke, Matthias Tanzmann, Steve Lawler and many more. The following releases on Wow! Recordings and Leftwing & Kody's Lost Records had similar success. In 2017 he released his biggest to date, the Everybody’s Dancin’ EP on Relief.

Latmun - Footsteps Feat Amy Douglas

Madrid based DJ and producer Dennis Cruz delivers two dance floor focussed house cuts on Solid Grooves this October.

A mainstay in the house and techno community, Dennis Cruz has consistently delivered high quality material on Stereo Productions, Snatch! and Suara to name but a few, garnering support from the likes of Marco Carola, Jamie Jones and Nic Fanciulli. This reputation has earned him a number of awards, including winning Best Producer in this year's DJ Awards, not to mention nominations for Best Spanish Artist, Best Producer and Best DJ from Vicious in 2016. Dennis Cruz' success in the industry continues this October with a busy touring schedule, featuring multiple performances at this year's ADE, as well as his return to Solid Grooves Records with 'Rock & Roll EP'.

'Rock & Roll' opens the release with a rumbling low end and grooved drum loops, allowing exciting snare rolls to build towards an inspiring vocal and hypnotic mid-range motifs before 'Get Ready' uses a vocal with more musicality which interacts the melodic bass hook, rising synth rhythms and shimmering hi hats to close out the release smoothly.

Already a regular studio collaborator with Richy Ahmed, Michael Jansons AKA Jansons strikes it solo on the fourth release for Richy’s flourishing Four Thirty Two label.  

The “Mode” EP finds Jansons following up from recent chart topping original releases and remixes for Knee Deep In Sound, Lower East and his “Panic At The Disco” single on Leftroom, which is their best selling single on Beatport to date.  It’s a bumper 4 track EP, showcasing and encapsulating the many shades of Jansons unique sound, and bolstered with a remix from aforementioned collaborator and label boss, Richy Ahmed.

The Original Mix of “Mode” comes correct with plenty of classic house music chops; frenetic synth keys jab away over a rubbery, percussive groove for a sophisticated and energizing club cut, whilst Ahmed plumps for a real old skool flavor on his remix.  Chugging drums and a tight bassline give more than a whiff of classic Windy City house vibes on this killer remix. 

Two versions of “Colours” are packed with hypnotizing string riffs and bumpin’ percussion, with the “Alternative Mix” edging it in the more stripped down techno stakes, whilst “Sequential” find Jansons in disco mood, with rolling drums, string stabs and a deadly bottom end groove that wraps up a fine release from this burgeoning British talent.
