Born and raised in Mesquite, Texas, country crooner and multi instrumentalist Craig Wayne Boyd moved to Nashville with big dreams and a bellowing voice. He spent ten years working those late night honky tonks until fate stepped in and dealt him one heck of a hand. America fell in love on their living room couches as they eagerly watched CWB win season 7 of The Voice with unforgettable versions of “Workin’ Man Blues”, “Old Rugged Cross” and “I Walk the Line”. “The show was like pouring rocket fuel on your career and I had to build a solid foundation to land on” says Boyd of the experience. With hundreds of solo performances under his belt, Craig has now joined forces with season 10 runner up from The Voice Adam Wakefield and American Idol season 9 runner up Casey James to form the vocal supergroup Texas Hill.
