So, i gave myself a mixing challenge today. I started cooking this up for a change since most of the bands that i get to record are playing Metal. I finished mixing this in around 6 hours. Though i'm not much of a drummer, but the groove you hear in this track had been on my head since almost a week now and i HAD to do something.
Super proud of how it ended up sounding like.


P.S. EVERYTHING in this mix is digital(go figure). No pre-recorded sample used though.

Here's a song i recorded back in 2012 right after my debut EP with BURN the Water came out. This is the same mix from back then without any re-edits or anything. For obvious reasons, i used to suck at recording/mixing back then and this one's recorded using the same old 120$ Givson guitar, cheap ZOOM G1 guitar effects processor onto an old PIII pc on which even the BTW EP(http://burnthewater.bandcamp.com/album/eschatological-january-2012)was recorded and mixed.
