2015 was a landmark year for Anjunadeep, seeing the label celebrate its 10th anniversary with another #1 iTunes Dance compilation, along with sell out events and festival stages across the world.

The London based imprint kick off 2016 with something new – a various artists EP series called ‘Explorations’, showcasing four artists making their label debuts. Edinburgh’s Theo Kottis is quickly making a name for himself with his residency at the legendary Sub Club, and recent releases on Moda Black. His contribution ‘Into The Wild’ is a melodic roller, packed with cinematic atmosphere.

Wild Dark, regulars at New York’s legendary Verboten club, bring a touch of indie electronica in ‘Falling Deep’, featuring their own vocals. On peak-time duty is Heliotype with ‘Catching Fire’, reminiscent of past Anjunadeep releases from Dusky and Leftwing & Kody.

Closing the EP is newcomer Aiiso. Having found success under various alter egos in the past, Aiiso now delves into mellow terrain with the trancey ‘Point Of Return’, the perfect afterparty soundtrack.

For our 15th release, we are delighted to welcome the return of Trilucid to Perfecto Black, this time in collaboration with Alex Collings. The result is 2 stunning progressive tracks in the form of Ventura and Blame.

Ventura is a sublime piece of deep prog, a warm, dark pad bass line, haunting arps, complimented by a lush main riff, constantly evolving and progressing to it’s epic climax. 

Blame grabs you from the off, a hypnotic, driving bassline and percussion giving the track a superb groove and pace. It builds to the breakdown where the real magic happens. The huge pad bass, haunting vocals, main riff all come together to create a moment of genius. 

Both tracks fit the Perfecto Black ethos perfectly and were signed without hesitation!

After a short Spring break Submarine Vibes is back with a brand new release by Berlin-based live duo project PATH, featuring Anca on vocals.

With their new release, PATH bring us fresh and innovative electronica sound with atmospheric, ethereal vocals to boot.

The new release includes two original tracks, Through the Haze and Early Gold, as well as two imaginative remixes of Early Gold by Cliff De Zoete and Marcus Sur. Both Marcus Sur and Cliff De Zoete are regulars producers familiar to both our followers and general audiences. They are back on Submarine Vibes with unique interpretations of Early Gold that give the track a whole new dimension.

More than anything else, Through The Haze EP is a beautiful melodic journey that will appeal to dancers and listeners alike.
