LYFE (@lyfebarnes) the 22 year old Lo-Fi hip hop producer based out of Lamego , Portugal gives us his project entitled "Moves Pretty Fast."

The tape is a collection of beats made in different moments of my life. A compilation of mixed feelings with each track from sad to dreamy and even  happy moments. It shows the anxiety within life and the constant pressure of always thinking that life is Moving Pretty Fast and something needs to be done. 'different strokes' is a short project I put together in a matter of days. I originally aimed to make 1 track a day for a week, but I ended up completing several tracks within the span of roughly 3 to 4 days instead. The whole idea is basically just a challenge of completing beats within a short amount of time with little to no breaks primarily using samples and sounds I had not found a use for prior. Essentially this project or 'tape' consists of a small batch of beats strung together by loose ideas, providing a few different "flavors".
