I had my first introduction to electronic music with the release of Odesza's album "In Return" in 2014. I was instantly obsessed, and since then I have always had a passion for edm. During my senior year of high school (2017-2018) Illenium's album "Awake" was released, and it completely changed my perspective of what electronic music could be. The vocals, production, and emotion of those tracks were unlike anything I had ever heard. That album got me through some very hard times, and I wanted to do the same for someone else through music. Towards the end of senior year I downloaded Ableton (a popular program for music production). I was incredibly overwhelmed. I had no prior musical knowledge or experience, and Ableton is extremely difficult to jump into. I learned quickly that it takes a tremendous amount of knowledge, creativity, and hard work to produce music. This was a discouraging revelation. Every few months I would sit down, produce a terrible track, close my laptop and move on thinking "this just isn't for me". Then around December of freshman year of college, a switch flipped in my mind. I decided that I was not going to stop until I learned music production. That was about three and a half years ago, and I'm still working hard to produce music with emotion, something people can connect with. I truly believe that no heart makes dreams work and time can't match.

Born in Manila, raised in outback Northern Australia, Dom discovered dance music when his Mother handed him a copy of Basement Jaxx’ 2001 album ‘Rooty" while on holiday in Denpasar. Dom made the move to Melbourne, teaming up with high school mates hosting pub-discos & djing on weekends whilst working as a graphic-designer during the week. In 2015 Dom was encouraged to quit his day job to pursue his obsession with music and production.

Dom’s break out year following the release of ‘Take It’, a critically acclaimed club anthem, with early support from BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, securing Dom his debut Beatport #1.’Take it’ further broke out topping Global Spotify viral chart, Global Shazam chart and Billboard Dance chart - pooling over 200 million streams receiving Platinum certification and ARIA nomination.
Labeled by Billboard Dance as ‘One To Watch’, awarded Dancing Astronaut ‘Artist Of The Year’ and nominated at WMC’s International Dance Music awards for ‘Breakthrough Artist’.
