This track is a breath pacer to promote neuro-physical balance and integration through parasympathetic activation.  The breathing pattern is a 'six beat inhale - nine beat exhale' golden ratio pattern derived from the Buteko research. At 72 beats per minute, this works out to a four second inhale and a six second exhale. The 72 beat tempo was selected for it's resonance with the Gamma range of brain wave frequencies. .1Hz is the Epsilon frequency correlated with high states of consciousness.*

The track offers non-verbal guidance as you deeply relax, knowing you needn't count breaths. As a special Silvester treat, Equinox releases an exclusive remix of Ceschi’s song “Black And White And Red All Over” by Greek producer Andreikelos.

With this new version, Andreikelos provides us with a darker and more electronic perspective of the song, but still tries to maintain a portion of the romantic and melancholic feel of the original – DJ Scientist produced – version.

Build from scratch upon Ceschi’s vocals, the structure of the music production works as a catalyst to his unique way of performing and the result is overwhelming.

For those who missed the original version (included in the Shorted Circuits EP), this song is about Ceschi growing up as a questioning Catholic school boy. As with most of Ceschi‘s music, all of the lyrics stem from reality. “Black And White And Red All Over” is Ceschi‘s ultimate ode to the hypocrisies of a church that brought him

Using different instruments we co-created flowing with the present moment and setting the foundation for him to take it from there with his special production touch.

Juntos (Spanish for together), the debut album from ALUNA, is a testament to a new paradigm of music. It is a collaborative project through and through. Pulling from the indigenous traditions and fusing their experiences with the sounds of the moment, ALUNA has landed something timeless. Steffen Ki and Maywa have joined forces with some of their favorite musicians, bringing us a masterfully crafted collection of music that expands beyond borders, cultures, and genres. 

Much of the influence for this album comes from Maywa’s time spent living in the rainforests of South America and Steffen Ki’s own journey into nature through his travels around the world. ALUNA was born out of a love affair between these two beautiful beings and so it is fitting that they extended their embrace to some of their closest friends and producers in the creation of this collaborative work. 

All the songs from this album are derived from music written by Maywa. Just one song, Agua de Flores, is an adaptation of a traditional ceremony song. Maywa’s voice is the common thread weaving all 8 tracks together into a seamless story of love, peace, and connection to nature. 

The first seeds of this album were planted 2 years ago, exactly the time of the first vision of this label Resueño. It is with great joy that the album and the label circle back around to meet each other once again. The beauty that manifests when we come together to support each other and to create as a family is also a testament to the new paradigm which is upon us. This is a call to come together, Juntos.

Yuruba, a co-creation with J.Pool, is also an original song that I created while living in Chile on Chiloe Island in a water forest. I sat next to a tree and connected with ancient roots of Africa.

Yiannis Lymberopoulos a.k.a. YLymbE is a musician born in Athens 
Apr 1981. He is a self-learned musician, composer, and song maker.He started active experimenting with music technology back in 2006.Graduate from sound engineer school in 2010.And begun with debut Let it GO EP under the label grenade offensive in 2013.
He is a composer of many instrumental tracks and songs that he manages and do all the jobs of a modern independent producer.
Crazy Diamond home production as a label was an experimental work with Daedalus son project, PromitheasD project and Spartacus project to help him understand how digital music interacts with reality. He stopped working after the conclusion that manifestation through Art and Meditation is possible as long it follows Universal rules.
