NOTE ABOUT THE SONG:SO we heard this tune a long long while back and begged our friend Jack to track down the stems for us via Atlantic. At the time our track record we were a bit unknown so we appreciate the folks at Atlantic for letting us try a hand at this, but in the end it worked out for everyone as we think this is a pretty Massive song. Anyway, with this tune we wanted to get in on the massive bass kick that has been so popular in house but find a unique lead to compliment it. It was great because paired with Icona Pop's anthemic vocals of the classic Tupac song, the track has this great sing a long appeal but still get filthy at the drop. We have been waiting a LONG while to release this and playing it in all our sets so we are very excited to finally release it to the world for everyone to enjoy.'

Note about the Song: We actually first heard the song via Monsieur Adi’s Remix and thought it was awesome but were curious to hear the original, so we checked it out and loved Say Lou Lou's original but thought there was still room for a really upbeat version with our progressive indie flare (we hate the word flare). What really appealed to us about Say Lou Lou was they have this renegade softness, its sorta punk but not, that makes no sense right, but there is sort of care-free beautiful nature to there voices and we thought we could make a summer anthem with this baby, or die trying (side note: at no point were we close to death in the making of this remix) So we got the stems, and wanted to create something that really screams 'let me in I want to fucking dance, but I also brought my own beer.' Quickie from us: "So its really great when coincidences and fate find each other, because that is what happened… We absolutely were in love with this summer anthem by smallpools, it reeked of fresh cut grass and the afternoon sun... So when their ppl reached out to us about doing a remix it was the easiest decision ever. We can't say it wasn't a challenge though with such a strong vocal, but we really wanted to pin it up against the classic 'house music pluck' we have been hearing so much of, but use it in a vain that felt a bit different but still large, but finding that union was tough in the sense the two had to warm up to each other rather than clash... but in the end we think we found this great atmosphere for the song to exist."
