Also just to be clear, Longprose is *NOT* related to Undertale/Deltarune! I'm getting really sick and tired of people putting Longprose songs in their Undertale/Deltarune playlists! It's like calling Undertale an Earthbound fangame, and you wouldn't put an Undertale song in an Earthbound playlist, would you? (well, maybe besides Fallen Down because that was originally made for an Earthbound fan project)

This song got updated for two reasons:

1. The original sounded like a song from a fantasy game (in general)

2. It didn't really fit the mood of the cutscene either

The Gate

This song plays in the intro cutscene after the early menu. In this cutscene, it shows a silhouette Mr. Cyber opening the gate to Cyberland, the cutscene takes place the night before Sorlus and Redal enter it, then the screen fades to black

World of Broadcasts

Here's the Knight's theme! For those of you who are on my discord server, you may have noticed I posted a recreation of The Chase. That's because I was gonna turn it into the Knight's theme, and here it is!

This is battle theme for the secret boss of Chapter 6, which is the Vessel you make at the beginning of Chapter 1. I decided to reuse Megalo Strike Back. Since MEGALOVANIA was reused for Undertale, I think Megalo Strike Back will be reused in Deltarune at some point. To activate this battle, you have to speak to a mysterious "shop owner", someone who's name starts with a G. Also, before you say "this is just the original MSB", it's not. There is a freedom motif in this song somewhere. I might update the mixing of this song some day though.

MEGALO STRIKE BACK

This is the BGM for this AU's opening area, the Digital Lakeside! For this, I decided to use the melodies from TADC's main theme.

This is the actual final update to CYBERNETIC CONTROL! This new update is drastically different to the last 3 versions of this song. There's a lot more going on in this song now. I'm really proud of how this turned out!

This is Redal's new theme! I decided to give them a theme again because their introduction would be kinda awkward without one. Also, just because this uses leitmotifs from Sudden Attack doesn't mean that's their battle theme now. Sudden Attack is still the main battle encounter theme. I just decided to use the leitmotifs from it because it's not just the battle leitmotif. It's a common leitmotif you'll hear quite alot throughout the entire soundtrack (Chapter 1-5)

New Best Friend (Redal's theme)

This is Caine's battle theme in this AU! Caine is the final boss of the Digital World.

Caine's Conclusion

This is the theme for the second area, the Digital Theme Park! I decided to base this song on Digital Days (TADC Pilot Credits theme) because it just gives me huge Deltarune vibes for some reason

VIRTUAL INSANITY

This is the new main menu theme. I've also changed some things about Longprose. It no longer starts in the town, the storytelling cutscene has been scrapped, you can also choose different levels, however, you can only unlock them once you complete the previous level. Each level is each of the areas, kinda like in classic Sonic games. I'm now gonna try and make Longprose as far from Deltarune as possible!

This song has been slightly updated again as of 04/02/2024. The thumbnail is the level select screen

Nightmare Knight v2 is finally here! It was about to release on Christmas Day but I decided to release it early! As you can probably tell, this song has changed drastically! Rouxls' leitmotif isn't in this song anymore because he isn't in the final battle anymore.

This is the TRUE final boss theme of Chapter 3! In the finale, Kris, Susie and Ralsei are in a giant mech of Susie (which represents Susiezilla) and are facing off against Tenna one final time. Tenna is, of course, in a different, more powerful form aswell called "Mecha Tenna"

This is an update to the Broadcast City theme! I decided to bring back the old version of this song, "A City on the Air", because I thought it sounded more fitting compared to the bossa nova V2. I also don't think it sounds too much like We're Still Smiling (by R.V Pine)

You thought that was the last update? Nope! THIS is the last update to Mr. Cyber's theme! For this version, I decided to go for a more jazz-style swing song, since it's more fitting for his character. I even gave the song a new name! I also brought back his old leitmotifs! Longprose's development still won't continue any time soon though.

THE ROARING TITANS

This is Ace's final battle theme in Chapter 4. This was originally gonna be the final battle theme for Chapter 4's weird route, but that's Great Rascelus now. Now I know what you're thinking, why is Ace the final boss instead of Artist? Even though Artist is the ruler of the dark world, you only fight her once at the end of the game, and then she turns good, but Ace doesn't know, so he still attempts to stop the lightners at the end of the chapter. He even changes into a godlike form. Chapter 4 is also more excessive compared to recent chapters

To go with the new update to Tenna's theme, I also updated Rook Round Up! This version has a slightly different tone compared to the last two versions. It also uses alot of the Genesis soundfont as you can probably tell! I even snuck in a certain iconic chord progression at the end of the song ;) Try and guess what song it belongs to!

This is just because to most people Longprose seemed like a Deltarune AU, so I'm gonna upload less Longprose songs, and this is the final song for a long time. Alot of Longprose songs are gonna be revamped over time, but I won't upload them sadly

So, I've updated Tenna's theme again? The reason why is because I wanted to take a different approach and avoid using the sneaking leitmotif because it's basically heartache, this will probably be the final update. This means alot of Chapter 3 songs are gonna get remade over time, so stay tuned!

i've messed up, i never knew pretending to be someone else was such a bad thing to do, i've tried apologising, but i don't think i should even be in this community anymore, and this all happened so fast, i didn't even realise what i was doing

so because of this, i'm moving on. i'm cancelling creative entertainment, and longprose, and i'm leaving the community because of what i've done
