Mike Drop also showcases a number of tunes from the Floodlight album which has been put together to raise money to support those affected by the flooding in Pakistan. "Running" was originally released in 2016 on "Discover Yourself", the second LP by T:Base. It is now available on "Memories 2", the second of three releases showcasing some tracks we released over these 10 years.

The outstanding Bristol-based producer returns to Soul Deep with these 2 unique masterpieces of Liquid Drum & Bass magic.  With regular releases on Soul Deep, Smooth N Groove, Liquid Drum & Bass 4 Autism, Emcee Recordings, Rhythm Syndicate, Fokuz, and Innerground Music, Blade has been one of the leading producers in the Drum & Bass scene.  

The Twilight EP is another example of his excellent production abilities, showing off his deeper, and edgier side, while staying true to his roots.  The title track, “Twilight,” hits the drop and takes off with its rolling drums, gritty mid bass stabs, slick fx sounds, and rolling 808 bassline.  The track morphs into a deep Liquid groove when the lush piano chords and Rhodes piano arpeggiation sounds are introduced to the track.  This one’s an instant classic of a roller that screams BLADE!  “You Can’t Fix This,” is up next and also highlights Blade’s signature rolling drums, 808 bassline, soaring pad samples, and heartfelt vocals.  If you’re a fan of Blade’s productions then this is definitely one you’ll want to check out!  Another instant classic of a release for Blade!
