Can't help but feel he'd pull a little Dancing Mushroom, looking downward to lull into a false security, before looking up, and removing all doubt. Also cool song, although I only know slasher music from Deep Rock Galactic, so this is very DRG to me.

Snowgrave in this AU's weird route is replaced with "SoulBlazes", it functions as sucking up someone's soul by initially giving them the feeling of greatly painful internal burn which ultimately turns the enemy into a lifeless grey rotten corpse. Kris' weapon in this AU is a heart pendant. The more they violently absorbs the enemy's soul, the stronger they get, albeit resulting in extreme tiredness and the inability to speak.
