Wauuu, wasn das für ne unendlich gschmeidige Sache. Das Dingens is so smooth, da werden sogar die gesqueezten Früchte im Shake neidisch. Wobei es sich zugegebenermaßen auch so verdammt gut dazu shaken lässt, dass sich wiederum, die in einem Mixer verquirlten Zutaten am liebsten gar nicht erst miteinander verquirlen lassen wollen. 

Wie dem auch sei, dieses gute Stück is zuckersüssestes Softeis mit Sahnehaube und Kirschkrönung und somit mit die beste Erfrischung an heissen Tagen.

Finally, I managed to press the record button. This summer was full of wonderful experiences at Irubo (Kauz), Doubt (Katerblau), Circles & Stones Summer Party (Katerblau), Am Bach Festival, Zugvögel Festival and Summer Bar by Kauz. 
All those sets would have been worth an upload and therefore, I decided to upload one to represent them all. Can you guess which one it is?

Anbei noch seine Stellungnahme zu unseren Fragen:

• Was macht deiner Meinung nach eine gute Afterhour aus?

Eine gute Afterhour ist für mich, wenn die Menschen, die schnelle Befriedigung brauchten, gegangen sind; wenn verbleibende Zombies mit warmen Frequenzen vertrieben werden wie Vampire vom Sonnenlicht; wenn die Semi-Überzeugten ins Bett gefunden haben und nur noch über ist, wer einfach nicht gehen will und weiß, dass die Belohnung nach hinten raus funkelt; wenn mögliche Erwartungen an die endende Nacht sich in Luft aufgelöst haben und einen ausgelassenen Menschenhaufen zurücklassen, bestehend aus den freundlichsten Gesichtern die sich vielleicht vorher noch nicht begegnet sind, aber doch zutiefst vertraut sind - harmonierend, wie man es mit niemandem für möglich gehalten hätte - auf einer Welle schwingend und zelebrierend, als würde der inzwischen zeitlose Moment einfach nie enden.

• Welche Gedanken magst du uns zu deinem Mix mit auf den Weg geben?

Ich entdecke aktuell verschiedene Genres neu, welche ich in Zukunft weiter erforschen und in meine Sets mit einbringen will - ob noch mehr Deep House, Chicago House, Italo / Bretter Disko oder auch Tech-House. Allerdings, nach diesem Jahr, in dem nach meinem Eindruck Tech-House und (Trash-) Remixes überhand genommen haben - geprägt von einer kompromisslosen Vorwärtskultur mit einer ordentlichen Prise Trash und Spotify Recommendations - fühle ich mich mit diesem Afterhour Sounds Cast eher in Momente und Stimmungen zurück, wie sie für mich am schönsten waren, auch wenn sie teilweise noch aus einer Zeit vor COVID stammen.

• Was sind deine musikalischen Einflüsse? Was ist dein musikalischer Hintergrund?

Trotz einer umfassenden musikalischen Ausbildung in jungen Jahren, habe ich erst vor kurzem begonnen, mich aktiv durch Musik auszudrücken. Beeinflusst von Techno/House der 00er Jahre in Hamburg, einer Dubstep/Drum'n'Bass-getriebenen Subkultur in Edinburgh und einer Glitch/Trap/Deep-House-gefärbten Festivalszene in Kalifornien, zeigen meine musikalischen Reisen eine Wertschätzung für verschiedene Genres - mit neueren Inspirationen aus der sich wunderbar entwickelnden Downtempo-Techno und Keta-Pop-Szene in Deutschland.

To celebrate our 4th year anniversary, our special guest is a scientist who closely observes and studies the atmospheric conditions for good vibes in the room; a sorcerer who conjures the weather of emotions and creates a certain climate of feelings on and around the dance floor.

Her podcasts are deliberate storytelling experiences, and this moment in time is no exception. @isabeaufort plays with love and straight, fluffy bass lines; a good dose of vocals and sparkling melodies that will happily take you in their arms.

Crépite. is a friendship and strong bond between Paris & Berlin, a music family that started in 2015.

A beautiful gem that slowly crackles (in french, 'crépite') and spreads deep sounds blending elements of house, techno and all bassy, gritty and minimal subgenres in between.

We are releasing exclusive music under our imprint 'Crépite. Records' and we curate 'The Gemstone' podcast Series.
We also organize events and showcases aiming at promoting musical talents, foster cross-border connections between artists, and create opportunities to share precious moments together.

Crépite started as a group of friends, sharing the same passion and similar music tastes, experiencing and evolving together as a DJ collective. Going along with starting to produce our own music, we then decided to start the record label in 2020.
