This was once a poem I wrote a few years ago that recently felt needed to be turned into a powerful melody I could use to rid myself of the sorrows caused from a broken heart. Years later we are on better terms, but the damage was already done. This song was my way of ridding that pain once and for all that ate at my soul daily. To all my single fathers, this is for you. With time, patience, and strength you find deep within you, you too will heal my brothers. 💪🏽 remember why you fight everyday. For them. Your prodigies. Your legacy. Your piece of heaven on earth.
