But when turned up loud in my living room, ready to play with it, the warm minimalistic vibe in @vortexvibesmusic 's 'Coming Home' felt like a perfect tapestry for some cuddly taunting squeezed from my guitar, so there it is. Home, sweet home. ;-)

Just like 'Lucifer' and 'Goalogica' this was one of my first trashy, lo-fi by lack of knowledge and equipment-tracks made with just a wave editor. A little bit later I added the Snoop Doggy Dogg-sample.. Even with it's worse than bad sound and production quality, listening to it I still feel a good tekno vibe , all from the heart.

2014 - S.T. Louder - Satyrday + 5 Weeks (layered recording, pre-programmed drums)

Built around a sample (with kind permission) from a rehearsal take by the local band Silverlake (not the country band you'll find via google, but a rock band that already split up). That sample was from 2003, and so was the first version of this track. 

The natural sounding yet originally 'drummed' beats, the subtle bass, the filters, the strings, how can you not like this one? ;-)

Final version i guess, quite messy yet stomping. I like it this way, it kinda forces the composition unto the listener.

kinda 199bpm Tekno-version of my track 'The Missed Vymphony (Ragmat V2)' (see the Techno/Trance playlist on my profile <3 ).

2012 - Ragmatek

One of the first tracks I've ever made, using only a wave editor on the Pentium 100 back then. Being a noob, did it all without sequencing software and only using my own 'prefab' (samples I had previously recorded and edited)-waves saved to my 850MB harddisk, built on a timeline in milliseconds by zooming in and sometimes using a calculator to check if i'd paste some percussion in the right position.. :-). Learned a lot from that.. Making everything in 120 BPM (so every second had two kicks, made calculations easy..) to speed the whole track up afterwards, keeping samples low and fooling around with self-made flangers and stuff.. :-)
The sound-quality is so fukt, it actually sounds like a tape being copied too much!! :D Still love it though... 

1997 - Lucifer

This one also was made without sequencer or timed filters/effects, just 'static wave' edits. 
Copy, paste, copy all, mix-paste, measure, calculate, think, effect, paste, copy, think... :-)

1999 - Dreamjuice

G minor / C minor hint of surf turning into rock, combining two separately recorded solos into one.  This is only a test. 

All riffs and solos played on my Samick Warlock through an EHX Hot Tubes, Behringer CS400 and Danelectro FAB flanger, echo and delay.
Recorded through a Line6 GX on RiffWorks (www.sonomawireworks.com/riffworks), took use of and programmed the 'When I Drum Around'-drumloops from Drums On Demand studio soundware (www.drumsondemand.com) in the Instant Drummer module.

Started fooling around with digitally recorded waveforms as soon as I got me my first PC in 1996 (age 18, quite late). I was already playing guitar and bass for some years (punk/metal) but on the side got hooked on electronic music and wanted to put my many ideas and brainfarts into my own techno / trance-stuff, "sow her'ya gow, bastich!"
