It is almost time for ADE here in Amsterdam and we feel like our next guest has captured its spirit absolutely brilliantly; she is a London-based DJ & event producer at Boiler Room. Having played at events like Lobster Theremin x Private Persons, FOLD x Craigie Knowes, Renate, Tessellate, Dada (Shanghai)next to the likes of Andrew Weatherall, Helena Hauff, Roman Flügel, Carl Finlow, Bruce, India Jordan, re:ni, Dillinja (and numerous more), you can grasp the sheer quality in entertainment she brings each and every-time. 


The mix is centred around all the more groovy & minimal sounds she's enjoying most right now, featuring forthcoming bits from her friends. Bringing in Tapes #61 is London-based musician Primrose, who creates spellbinding, colourful electronic music. He blends bouncy club focused rhythms and the other-worldly soundscapes of dreampop, film soundtracks, and shoegaze, culminating into a fresh and distinctive sound that he affectionately refers to as ‘Blade Runner Techno’. 

As a DJ, Primrose is drawn to dramatic, emotional sounds and storming rhythmic transmissions from across the spectrum of electronic music and beyond, weaving between house, techno, 80s New Wave, post-punk & EBM.

Pre Covid, Hackney's techno pacifist Miro SundayMusiq could be found most weekends soundtracking the 2nd rooms of London's more discerning music get togethers, casting spells with majestical ambient selections and love filled sunrise sets. Along with playing other people's records he also makes pretty good ones too, with his own productions debuting on the fitting Animals On Psychedelics label, along with an eagerly awaited forthcoming track on Luca Schiavoni's soon to drop E2-E8 label - who together played one of the most memorable b2b sets at our first forest party.  The man that barely sleeps is also the muscle and grit behind Hackney's Netil Radio, where you will find him most days, or can catch him making selections on his own Sunday Morning Transition show.  So put down what you're doing, nestle someplace nice and get to know Miro SundayMusiq, who's kindly put together the perfect witchy brew of jilted atmospherics, hypnotic tribal rhythms and rapturous wrong speeders for 004.
