Playing music together in various forms over the past decades, Crimes Against Nature (cXn) brings a healthy mixture of riot grrrl, queercore, alt, indie, pop and punk rock from Milwaukee, WI. Guitars, bass, keyboards, and drums - we collectively write music we enjoy and have fun playing for people. We also believe our local art communities are powerful levers for change.


It’s time to repeal, and heal. A crime against nature is a historic legal term still on the books in some US states that can be used to criminalize forms of gendered or sexual behavior not considered natural or decent. These tools and weapons of hate must be repealed.  A crime against nature is also a reminder that our planet is scarred and calling out for protection. We must listen and lead the healing.
