Russian artist Chaotic Discord is a long time activist within his Saint-Petersburg local scene. He started digging and djing in 2008, then launched his @tsarskoyeselo label in 2019 (catalogue available for stream on the youtube channel). 
The shadow player aims to keep it low profile, strolling alongside the Neva river to reflect on the melancholy of his grey city. This environment inspired him the minimalistic and airy sounds which merges perfectly with a strong Detroit techno/electro background. 
A mature, skilful and humble mix.
