so "Trouble" (yes, the title is a pun) is a character that is closely related to Lancer. (aka he's a complete ripoff of Lancer)

Anyway the character is normally super friendly but you get a secret encounter with him if you take his potato chips 

He doesn't have art yet, but he will soon I have my best artist on the job
