We are pleased to announce the new EP from Chiari, another Brazilian talent who seems to possess the innate ability to create sounds that put us back at our centre, in our present moment and before the transformative power of Organic House. Amidst a danceable groove, the track "D'un Jour" transposes a sensual and at the same time, daydreaming ambience. It's like a drop of water in the desert. 

Invited by the label, Enigmatic was in charge of bringing two versions for the track. His Daydream Remix is sentimental and spiritual, like an ancestral electronic journey, supported by the immense potential of electronic music to mix the natural and the synthetic. Finally, Night Remix amplifies the House beats and addresses a moment of tension and relief worthy of the hottest moments on a dance floor.

For their 75th release, Meanwhile turn to two of the biggest names in modern Progressive House as Mike Rish and Kasper Koman return to remix each other on "Biome" and "GT".

A self-styled "quiet achiever" Mike Rish has been at the sharp end of the progressive scene for more than 15 years and approaching a century of production credits. A hatful of those have come on GMJ & Matter's Top 5 Beatport Progressive House imprint, spanning a productive 4-year period from late 2021. A magnificent 12 original tracks have spanned a quartet of 3-track EPs that began with "Beyond" and end most recently with May 2025's "Sunset on Mars / Tornn / Shokl". A single remix of Jamie Stevens' "Storm Front" is now joined by a second as the Melbourne artist reinterprets Kasper Koman's number 1 selling "Biome". Creating a pounding new beat, flowing percussive groove and mesmeric bass sequence, familiar effects from the original quickly make their presence felt. Building in intensity throughout its 8-minute duration, lengthy reverb tails and white-noise effects add to the dense atmosphere before a huge, pitched note rises in the breakdown to a hands-in-the-air moment. Dropping back into familiar rhythmic territory throughout the third movement, Mike Rish's production talent is on full display.

From Utrecht in central Netherlands, Kasper Koman has forged a unique identity and reputation as one of underground dance's most revered figures. Responsible for multiple Beatport number 1s, he is a self-defined "designer of infectious beats, syncopated rhythms and impelling melodies." The resultant output is thus a "unique blend of happiness, darkness and emotions." A career spanning nearly 20 years has subsequently led to releases on John Digweed's Bedrock Records, Guy J's Lost & Found and the evergreen Anjunadeep. The best-selling "Biome / Sinking Sky" EP marked a high watermark on Meanwhile in early 2024 as Kasper returns to the label to remix "GT" from Mike Rish's June 2023 triple-tracker. Using the tribal rhythms that formed the foundation of the original, Kasper quickly deviates from Mike's work with an inspiring bassline sequence that growls menacingly across the low-end. Waxing and waning with dancefloor ease, the mid-point finds a glorious array of effects from "GT" underpinned by a metronomic beat. Reaching a rousing crescendo, a huge analogue arp builds before a snarling effects-laden backdrop drives through the latter stages.

Powering forward at relentless pace into a new era, Mike Rish and Kasper Koman discover new worlds with "GT" and "Biome".

For the first track, Steve Parry partners up with Four Candles to bring you Mysko, which has been expertly remixed by dream team duo of Hernan Cattaneo & Mercurio. The word Mysko roughly translates from Swedish to ‘strange’ or ‘mysterious’ The title describes the track well. Mysko is tense, yet dreamy at the same time. The calm before the Mysko storm, you can feel the atmospheric pressure moving around you, the seductive beat is your car in cruise control on a solitary Scandinavian highway whilst ethereal layers of synth dance like snowflakes in its’ slipstream.
 
Up next is Dave Seaman featuring Thomas Gandey with the magnificent Heavyweight Residue (Derun Remix). Full of intensity, you can feel the presence of Heavyweight Residue looming behind you like the malevolent spirit of a cryptid streetfighter. Look behind you, you see nothing. Fix your gaze back in front of you at 1:30 and everything goes off around you. Heavyweight Residue breathes down your neck. And you love it.
 
Thirdly, we hand back to Steve Parry with Won’t You Believe, sublimely remixed by the brilliant Just Her. Won’t You Believe takes Lego pieces from different kits and builds a brilliant new model from them. Chassis from the breakbeat kit, big chunky melodic bass synth tyres, trance vocal headlights and more than a few bits and bobs from the progressive and deep house kit. House to techno and all flavours in between represented in one track.
 
Finally, we switch again to Dave Seaman with Two By Two (Audio Junkies Mix). A perfect track to show the symbiosis of Selador, Steve and Dave have been two by two, side by side (as the lyrics go) for 200 releases. A boom-thwack drum line accompanied by shakers build. 1 minute into Two By Two, when the bass kicks in, feel your body start to surge.

He's been actively in the music production for decades who loves to "retouch" the evergreen and unique anthems from the past. This time he has reinterpreted Luzon's track called "The Baguio Track" which was released by Yoshitoshi Recordings in 1999. 

The original release saw HUGE support across the board and we hope everyone will support this amazing remix by Dj Bird.
