Cristina is a professional harpist and harp teacher based in London. She graduated from the Royal College of Music (MMus in Advanced Performance) in 2011 with Distinction and has been former principal harpist at the Opera and Ballet Theatre in Zagreb from 2013 to 2018. She has performed as an orchestral player in several orchestras (including La Scala of Milan, Filarmonica of la Scala, SNG Opera in Ljubljana and Maribor, Festival Puccini) under the baton of conductors such as M° Riccardo Chailly, Bernard Haitink, Lorin Maazel and Zubin Mehta. She is the prizewinner of 15 national and international contests and has performed as a soloist and chamber player in various concert seasons in England and abroad. Her recordings have been broadcast on BBC 3, Rai 5, Radio Vaticana and HRT Television.
Actively involved in performing contemporary music, Cristina has collaborated with several living composers aiming to expand the repertoire of her instrument; she has done remote recordings for EMI Sony and Cavendish Music. On the popular scene, she performed with Florence and the Machine at the Brits Awards 2010, with Toni Castells and with singers Simone Cristicchi, Antonella Ruggero and Tosca.
 Besides her music experience she has got a MSc in Cognitive Psychology (Music, Mind and Brain) from Goldsmiths University of London.
