Critical Rupert are based in Bristol, south west England. They are Pete Davies – guitar; Simon Diagram – drums; Claire Dunn – vocals and Phil Lazenby – bass. The band were formed in 2011 after Simon built a studio and Claire was spotted singing at a party by Phil. 

They play self-penned original indie rock – with a folksy twist and all four band members collaborate in the writing of the music and lyrics. Their sound has matured during the process and they are now developing their live performances.
