Cross Allan is a Kapampangan-American artist, poet, filmmaker, and nonprofit founder. Born in the Mission District and raised in the Excelsior District of San Francisco, California, he is known for his consistent work in local community organizing, hip-hop, spoken word poetry, graphic design, and documentary filmmaking.

Born to Filipino parents in San Francisco, California. He grew up in the city's Excelsior District, experiencing a diverse upbringing with friends from African-American, Latino, and Asian-Pacific Islander backgrounds.

He attended San Francisco State University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Electronic Communication Arts with an Emphasis in Business.

He co-founded Lyrical Opposition, an arts nonprofit organization opposing injustice through lyrical arts and dedicated to uplifting artists of color. 

As a filmmaker of production company, Visual Prophets, he serves as the Producer for the documentary and short film series "Re-Entrification."

Cross Allan describes himself as a futurist passionate about art, particularly focused on empowering artists from historically marginalized communities. He advocates for disruptive art that challenges the status quo and promotes social equity.

His work often explores the intersection of culture and organic produce, blending elements such as poetry and kale, hip-hop and quinoa, and gospel choirs with Himalayan salts.

His favorite movies are Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, and Hunt for the Wilderpeople.
