Crosscut Saw are a six-piece blues band from West Lothian. Their influences range from Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, Sonny Boy Williamson and the Chess Records giants of the 50s and 60s, through  Johnny Winter, Gary Moore and Stevie Ray Vaughan, to the Blues Band, with the odd surprise thrown in along the way. 

Ranging in age from early 60’s to early 30’s, they are: Dennis O’Donnell on vocals and harp; Steve Healy and Stevie Hunter on lead guitars; George Wood on keyboards and vocals; Neil Humphrey on bass and vocals, and Stephen Firth on drums. They are a seriously exciting live band, with a driving sound and some virtuoso playing – catch them if they’re in your area.
