Welcome to the third installment of our captivating mix series, where we're thrilled to introduce Argentinian DJ and producer, Luman, as our esteemed guest. Luman, also known as Luis Robledo, made his label debut on our esteemed "We Are The Future" compilation in 2019, followed by several releases with our Future Avenue label. Last year, Luman showcased his prowess with his first solo EP alongside Emi CA, presenting the mesmerizing "Butterfly EP" under our 3rd Avenue label banner.

Hailing from Jujuy and currently based in San Miguel de Tucuman, Luman's musical evolution is as diverse as it is fascinating. Initially finding his musical roots as a bassist, Luman's journey led him through various musical projects until he fully embraced the realm of electronic music. Influenced by the likes of alternative rock legends such as Nirvana and Pearl Jam, his transition to electronic music was marked by a deep exploration of synthesizers and machines, unlocking a vast sonic universe within his compositions.

3rd Avenue Mixed 003 - Luman

Apostolski, whose last name coincides with the Greek word Apostolos, meaning “person sent”, is a person sent to unite the people around him with the help of his wide range of music tastes. Apostolski grew up surrounded by a lot of quality music, thanks to his father’s music collection of more than 5000 different albums on vinyls and CD, covering genres like jazz, blues, rock, punk, new-wave, reggae, electronics, and world music. 

The journey into the world of electronic music started when Apostolski first ran into the masterpieces of the pioneers of electronic music - Kraftwerk, Yello, and Underworld. This moment, combined with his love of dancing, and his extroverted nature, brought him an opportunity to compile and play some music in front of a closed group of people at private parties. 

Besides being a DJ, Apostolski has a singing talent as well, which has a great influence on his DJ sets, as vocals, along with melodic and progressive beats, are the guiding componentes of his DJ sets. On his performances, you may expect moments of happy and mellow vibes, which could easily turn into darkish vibes with harder basslines.

Apostolski will also perform on our Flows Festival, this June.
